My goal is to provide personalized, friendly, technical support to small businesses and individuals that large corporations like: Microsoft, Apple, Dell, HP, AOL, Qwest, Comcast, Cablespeed and the “big box” tech services cannot provide. One of the services I offer is the ability to speak on your behalf to those companies when things go wrong. Because I speak their language, they’ll listen to me long after they have dismissed you and told you it wasn’t their fault (when it usually is their fault!).
